2.2.7 – Optional exercise “Customer selections”

In the previous section, we introduced the flow for adding Customer selections to the Marketing Campaign. However, when modifying an existing Campaign, the Customer selection process is restarted as if no previous selection was made before. This should be improved for better user experience:

• Change Step 2 of the process in such a way that a check is done whether a Customer selection is already present.
• If no, then start the Customer selection process as before
• If yes, display the current selection inside the Marketing Campaign and offer the User to keep this selection
• In case the User wants to change, use the current selection to set the Select check boxes of Customer and start the selection process
